Shuttle Service Frequently Asked Questions
Oregon Express Shuttle and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel or change your reservation by 11:59pm the day before your travel date. Refunds will not be issued to customers calling in or cancelling after 11:59pm the day before your travel date. Same day reservations are non-refundable.
What is the check-in policy?
Oregon Express Shuttle requires all passengers be ready at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed we will move you to the next available shuttle with seating at no extra charge. Please call our office at 877-693-3785 to let us know if you need to make a change.
What if my flight arrives early?
If your flight arrives earlier we can move your reservation up as long as seating is available. We are happy to offer this at no extra charge. Please call our office at 877-693-3785 to let us know if you need to make a change.
Does Oregon Express Shuttle accept credit cards?
Oregon Express Shuttle requires a credit card for any advance reservations made on the phone and online, we will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Cash payments may be made in advance at our office in Albany during regular business hours.
What is the luggage policy?
Oregon Express Shuttle allows two suitcases (not to exceed 50lbs each) and one carry-on per passenger. Oregon Express Shuttle shall NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged luggage or the contents of customers luggage, to include, but not limited to, personal electronic items such as iPads, laptop computers, Etc.
Due to size limitations with our luggage bays, Oregon Express Shuttle is unable to accommodate oversized luggage (Bikes, Ski’s, Snowboards, boxes, etc).
Are the shuttles handicap accessible?
Oregon Express Shuttle is outfitted with handicap accessible vehicles. Contact us for assistance in making reservations for accessible travel. Please alert Oregon Express Shuttle when booking reservations if you will be traveling with a service dog so we may reserve a seat at no additional charge for the service dog.
What if I leave something on a shuttle?
Oregon Express Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, however, if you have left something behind please call 877-693-3785 to let us know and Oregon Express Shuttle will do its best to reunite you with your belongings.
Are pets allowed on Oregon Express Shuttle?
Only service dogs are allowed on Oregon Express Shuttle. Please alert Oregon Express Shuttle when booking reservations if you will be traveling with a service dog so we may reserve a seat at no additional charge for the service dog.
Can unattended children ride with Oregon Express Shuttle?
Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 7 to 13, may ride alone but a parent or guardian must submit an Unaccompanied Minor form before departure to ensure travel arrangements.
Unaccompanied Minors will only be transported between Albany Office, Corvallis Comfort Suites, Salem Red Lion, and PDX. Parents/Guardians MUST be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the shuttle arrives when they are dropping off/picking up. We must verify the ID of the person picking up the minor.
Does my child need to ride in a car seat?
Oregon Express Shuttle follows all state laws regarding child restraint requirements. Children under the age of eight or under 40 pounds must be secured in a child restraint device when traveling with Oregon Express Shuttle. Parents and guardians are required to install any car seat or booster seat used by their child.
We do not provide car seats, or booster seats. Please make sure to bring your own, we will not allow a child to travel if they are not safely secured.
Do I need to make a reservation?
To ensure availability, please provide 24 hours notice when seeking a reservation. We will do our best to accommodate customers who do not provide advance notice but service cannot be guaranteed under these circumstances.
